It's very enjoyable to have spicy chicken ribs and makguksu.
MakGukSu is a Korean buckweat noodle dish served in a chilled broth.
They are the local specialties of GangWon Province of South Korea.
Seoulites used to go to ChunCheon of GangWon Province to have chicken ribs and makguksu on weekends.
It takes one and half hours to go there by a car.
But there're lots of good restaurants to taste it in Seoul, Korea such as YouGaNe Chicken Ribs.
It tastes a little spicy but the more you chew the more flavor you get.
